มีแชล ฟูโก (ฝรั่งเศส: Michel Foucault, ออกเสียง: [miʃɛl fuko]; 15 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1926 – 25 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1984) เป็นนักปรัชญา นักประวัติศาสตร์ความคิด นักทฤษฎีสังคม นักนิรุกติศาสตร์ และนักวิจารณ์วรรณกรรมชาวฝรั่งเศส เคยดำรงตำแหน่ง "ศาสตราจารย์ทางประวัติศาสตร์ของระบบความคิด" (Professor of the History of Systems of Thought)[1] ที่วิทยาลัยฝรั่งเศส (Collège de France) และเคยสอนที่มหาวิทยาลัยแคลิฟอร์เนีย เบิร์กลีย์ สหรัฐอเมริกา

ในฐานะนักทฤษฎีสังคม ฟูโกให้ความสำคัญกับการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอำนาจกับความรู้ รวมถึงวิธีการที่สถาบันทางสังคมต่างๆ ใช้อำนาจและความรู้เป็นเครื่องมือในการควบคุมผู้คนในสังคม ฟูโกมักถูกมองว่าเป็นตัวแทนของญาณวิทยาแบบหลังโครงสร้างนิยมและเป็นตัวแทนของนักคิดยุคหลังสมัยใหม่ แต่ตัวเขาเองปฏิเสธเรื่องนี้มาโดยตลอด ฟูโกเลือกจะอธิบายว่าความคิดของเขาเป็นประวัติศาสตร์เชิงวิพากษ์ต่อความเป็นสมัยใหม่มากกว่า ความคิดของฟูโกมีอิทธิพลอย่างยิ่งทั้งในทางวิชาการและในทางการเคลื่อนไหวทางสังคม เช่น ในขบวนการหลังอนาธิปไตย
