ซิสเตอร์สเลดจ์ (อังกฤษ: Sister Sledge) เป็นกลุ่มดนตรีสัญชาติอเมริกัน จากฟิลาเดลเฟีย รัฐเพนซิลเวเนีย ก่อตั้งวงในปี ค.ศ. 1972 ประกอบด้วยสมาชิก 4 สาวพี่น้องคือ คิม สเลดจ์ (เกิด 21 สิงหาคม 1958), เดบบี สเลดจ์ (เกิด 9 กรกฎาคม 1954), โจนี สเลดจ์ (เกิด 13 กันยายน 1957) และเคธี สเลดจ์ (เกิด 6 มกราคม 1959) นอกจากนี้พวกเธอยังมีพี่สาวชื่อ แคโรล แต่ไม่ได้เป็นบุคคลมีชื่อเสียง
4 พี่น้องเป็นหลานสาวของอดีตนักร้องโอเปราที่ชื่อ วิโอลา วิลเลียมส์ พวกเธอเคยแสดงภายใต้ชื่อวง มิสซิสวิลเลียมส์แกรนด์ชิลเดรน
