เดโบราห์ แอน "เดบบี" กิบสัน (อังกฤษ: Deborah Ann "Debbie" Gibson) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม ค.ศ. 1970 เป็นนักร้อง-นักแต่งเพลงชาวอเมริกัน ที่เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของเหล่าวัยรุ่น เธอมีชื่อเสียงในปลายคริสต์ทศวรรษ 1980 ตอนที่เธออายุ 17 ปี กิบสันถือสถิติเป็นศิลปินหญิงอายุน้อยที่สุดที่เขียนเพลง เป็นโปรดิวเซอร์ และร้องเพลงอันดับ 1 บนบิลบอร์ดฮอต 100 กับเพลง "Foolish Beat"[1]
