ภาวะเสียสำนึกความพิการ (อังกฤษ: Anosognosia) เป็นภาวะที่ผู้ป่วยมีความพิการหรือบกพร่องแต่ไม่รับรู้หรือปฏิเสธความบกพร่องของตนเอง ภาวะนี้พบได้แม้กระทั่งในผู้พิการสายตาหรืออัมพาต ผู้ที่ตั้งชื่อโรคนี้เป็นคนแรกคือนักประสาทวิทยาชื่อ โจเซฟ บาบินสกี (Joseph Babinski) ในปี ค.ศ. 1914 โดยชื่อโรคมีรากศัพท์จากภาษากรีก "nosos" โรค และ "gnosis" ความรู้
