โจเซฟ คิททินเจอร์ (Joseph Kittinger) หรือ โจ คิทเทนเจอร์ (Joe Kittenger) มีชื่อเต็มว่า โจเซฟ วิลเลี่ยม คิททินเจอร์ 2 (Joseph William Kittinger II) เป็นชาวอเมริกัน เกิดในวันที่ 27 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2471 (84 ปี) เป็นนักบิน และเป็นผู้ทดสอบทดลองขับ เครื่องบินรุ่นต่างๆ ในกองทัพอากาศของสหรัฐอเมริกา รวมไปถึงการทดสอบการบินในองค์การ นาซา ด้วย

เป็นผู้ร่วมเริ่มต้นในโครงการการบินของนาซา ซึ่งโครงการที่ทำการทดลองมีชื่อว่าโครงการบอลลูน (Project Manhigh) โดยมีโจเซฟเป็นผู้ทดสอบในการบิน และต้องปล่อยให้บอลลูนลอยสูงขึ้นไปจนถึงชั้นอากาศนอกสุด เท่าที่จะทำได้ เพื่อทดสอบดูว่ามนุษย์จะทนอยู่ในแคปซูลบอลลูนที่ทดสอบได้หรือไม่
