หมู่เกาะแฟร์แฟกซ์ (อังกฤษ: Fairfax Islands) เป็นเกาะปะการัง (coral cay) สองเกาะที่เดิมใช้ในการฝึกทิ้งระเบิด ที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับเส้นทรอปิกออฟแคปริคอร์น ทางตอนใต้ของเกรตแบร์ริเออร์รีฟ, 113 กิโลเมตรไปทางตะวันออกของแกลดสตันในรัฐควีนส์แลนด์ ในประเทศออสเตรเลีย และ 405 กิโลเมตรไปทางเหนือของบริสเบน
