สงครามโคกูรยอ–สุย เป็นหนึ่งในสงครามระหว่างอาณาจักรโคกูรยอกับจีน สงครามครั้งนี้ก่อตัวขึ้นเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 598 (พ.ศ. 1141) ในรัชสมัยจักรพรรดิสุยเหวินตี้แห่งราชวงศ์สุย และพระเจ้าย็องยังแห่งโคกูรยอ ซึ่งสงครามครั้งนี้โคกูรยอเป็นฝ่ายได้ชัยชนะ
