ริชาร์ด โรเจอร์ส (อังกฤษ: Richard Rogers) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม ค.ศ. 1933 เป็นสถาปนิกชาวอังกฤษ มีผลงานการออกแบบในลักษณะสมัยใหม่นิยม และคติคำนึงประโยชน์ (functionalist) เขาเกิดที่เมืองฟลอเรนซ์ ในปี 1933 เข้าศึกษาที่ Architectural Association School of Architecture ในลอนดอน ก่อนที่จะมาจบการศึกษาจาก Yale School of Architecture ในปี 1962[1]
