มูซา อิบน์ นุศ็อยร์ อัลบะละวี (อาหรับ: موسى بن نصيرالبلوي; อังกฤษ: Musa bin Nusayr al-Balawi; ค.ศ. 640 - ค.ศ. 716) เป็นชาวซีเรียมุสลิมผู้มีตำแหน่งเป็นข้าหลวงและขุนพลผู้มีหน้าที่ปกครองจังหวัดมุสลิมในแอฟริกาเหนือ (อิฟรีกิยะฮ์) ภายใต้การนำของกาหลิบอัลวะลีดที่ 1แห่งราชวงศ์อุมัยยะฮ์ นอกจากนั้น มูซา อิบน์ นุศ็อยร์ ยังเป็นผู้นำในการพิชิตราชอาณาจักรวิซิกอทในฮิสเปเนียอีกด้วย
