History[แก้]
Sri panwa is the first project which compromise between residence and Hotel and Pool Villa style. Sri panwa manage by Vorasit (Wan) Issara. In 2008, Charn Issara Residence Co.,LTD operates first time in Hospitality business, apart from the real estate’s business. The first collection was one to two bedrooms pool villa and starts operation in three to five bedrooms residences. Baba Dining Lounge is became the main building in the same year as well. In 2009, residence villas for three to five bedrooms have been expanded for the second collection and they quite popular both local Thai and foreigners. In 2010, the third collection of one to two bedrooms pool villa and four bedrooms residences has been expanded. In addition, Baba Poolclub has operated in this year, as well as Cool Spa.
Back Ground[แก้]
Sri panwa area approximately is 40 acres, has a collection of 52 villas (1-5 bedrooms) and 7 pool suites perched high atop Cape Panwa and commanding breathtaking views of the southeastern tip of Phuket. All villas and residences are designed as Tropical Contemporary Style, the architecture is Habita Company and interior design by ISM Interior Architecture Workshop. The villas and the surrounding common areas have surround sound entertainment systems and iPods preloaded with music.
Baba Poolclub[1][แก้]
Sri panwa’s Poolclub is home to many different areas of entertainment and dining which is built in 2010. Sprawled across 5,000 square meters, it has a little something for everyone. The indoor/outdoor building features A 25-meter infinity-edge lap pool, Baba Q[2], Baba Cooking School[3], Baba 88 Disco[4], Baba Space for meetings/functions, Yaya Boutique[5], Game Room and Pool bar.

Baba Soul Food[แก้]
Baba Soul Food serves up a selection of home-cooked Thai food with a panoramic ocean views, and experience caters to everyone who shares a common love for home-style Thai food.
Baba Nest[7][แก้]
Baba Nest has been built in 2011 features a wrap around infinity pool surrounding the rooftop deck and overlooking 360 panoramic views of the surrounding islands, Andaman Sea and phuket’s Southeastern peninsula.
Cool Spa[8][แก้]
Cool Spa across 2,200 square meters, has been built in 2010. The whole building is blue, to show cool and fresh. There are 4 Oil massage and 2 Thai massage treatment rooms, also Salon and Yoga Deck close by spa reception.
