นกเป็ดผี (อังกฤษ: grebe, เสียงอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ: /ˈɡriːb/) เป็นนกน้ำในอันดับ Podicipediformes ที่มีการกระจายพันธุ์อย่างกว้างขวาง ปกติพบตามแหล่งน้ำจืด บางครั้งในฤดูอพยพและฤดูหนาวอาจพบในทะเล ในอันดับนี้มีเพียงวงศ์เดียวคือ Podicipedidae ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย 22 สปีชีส์ใน 6 สกุลที่ยังมีอยู่ในปัจจุบัน
