ศึกรอว์เป็นรายการโทรทัศน์หลักที่ออกอากาศครั้งแรกเมื่อ 11 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1993 เป็นตอนที่ 1 ณ.ห้องแกรนด์ บอลล์รูม ที่แมนแฮตตัน เซ็นเตอร์ สตูริโอในนครนิวยอร์ก ต่อมาในวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม ค.ศ. 2012 ทาง WWE ได้จัดรายการเป็นตอนพิเศษเป็นการเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบออกอากาศ 1,000 คน โดยจัดในที่เซนหลุยส์ รัฐมิสุรี
