ความคลั่งไคล้น้ำปัสสาวะ (อังกฤษ: urophilia, undinism หรือ urolagnia) เป็นกามวิปริต (อังกฤษ: paraphilia) ประเภทหนึ่งซึ่งเป็นพฤติกรรมของมนุษย์ที่เมื่อได้เห็นหรือได้คิดคำนึงถึงปัสสาวะก็จะเกิดกามารมณ์[1] คำว่า urolagnia ในภาษาอังกฤษนั้นมีที่มาจากคำประสมในภาษาละติน คือ "ouron" ว่าปัสสาวะ + "lagneia" ว่าหื่นกาม[2] [3]
ผู้มีความคลั่งไคล้น้ำปัสสาวะบางทีมักชอบถ่ายปัสสาวะรดบุคคลอื่นหรือชอบที่จะถูกกระทำเยี่ยงนั้น บางคนก็ชอบบริโภคน้ำปัสสาวะซึ่งมีชื่ออาการทางแพทยศาสตร์ว่า "การชอบดื่มน้ำปัสสาวะ" (อังกฤษ: Urophagia) กิจกรรมเหล่านี้ในภาษาอังกฤษมักเรียกโดยภาษาปากว่า golden showers, watersports, piss play
ในประเทศนิวซีแลนด์ การเผยแพร่สิ่งใด ๆ เพื่อส่งเสริมหรือสนับสนุนให้เกิดความคลั่งไคล้น้ำปัสสาวะไม่ว่ากระทำโดยประการใด เป็นความผิดอาญาที่ระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี[4][5][6]
